Counting of nonblank cells

If we have values and blank cells in a range and you would like to count the cells which has the values. We can count them using =COUNTA(A1:A11) formula.





In the above referenced example, we have a range of cells from A1 to A11 and in this range we have text values, numeric values and as well as we have blank cells too. Using the referred formula we calculated the count of cells containing values (non-bank).
